I love this little hole in the wall Chinese spot in the ghetto. They have some of the best Chinese dishes that I've ever had. The pricing is incredible and the employees are super nice.

Scramble egg with shrimp or beef. Delicious! The Salt & Pepper Fried Pork Chops were on point. No MSG.

BEST CHINESE SPOT IN THE NORTH!! Especially their Honey Walnut Shrimp! My whole family fave! Got my parents hooked & they also always orders from Rich now and always get their Sweet & Sour Pork! .... Their Chowmein is always at hit at my parties and guest always ask where I order them from! They also give you good portions & price is good too! I'm a foodie connoisseur & I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

Small mom and pop restaurant. They make the best vegetable fried rice in north Sacramento.

We have been going to Rich for years and love it! The staff are always super friendly whenever I come in. They have pretty much everything from other Chinese restaurants. Our favorites are the shrimp with lobster sauce, general chicken, and sweet and sour shrimp. Their fried rice and noodles are also great. The portions are huge! They make everything to order so it's hot and fresh. We also love that they offer catering trays. The inside has very limited seating and it's a primarily at take out spot. Definitely call ahead to pick up because the wait is long when they're busy.

Tiny hole in the wall. Seating for 7 people only. HUGE menu of basic Chinese fast food dishes with great prices! Food is 109% fresh and tastes great! And giant portions! Call your order in ahead of time about 20 minutes to get it fresh and hot!

I have known this family business since 2009. I was there from the beginning! The service is beyond compare. Katie, the cashier, is the best auntie-type warm hearted person you would ever meet. I have gotten to know the cook and his whole family throughout the years and they are consistently kind. They still have photos of me and my family displayed in their store which really warms my heart. The food is just a taste of nostalgia at this point for me, it is the food I grew up eating. They even let me wait in their store after hours once when they saw a suspicious person walking around outside and didnt want to let me walk alone. My favorites to order and highly recommend are the walnut shrimp, house chow fun and beef with tofu. Honestly all of their menu items are great (in moderation, Chinese food can be very greasy) Food is fresh, very clean, of great quality, I have never complained or had issues with food quality despite the affordable price. There is really no room to eat inside, theres one table, but it is mainly a takeout place. I love them so much that I ordered their food for my own baby shower. Rich Express will forever be special in my heart!
